A firm favorite with all guests for the perfect vacation. The whole property has undergone renovation and provides a fresh modern space. As you enter the gates of the property there is a large slabbed private garden with pool area (heated optional) with sun loungers. This leads to a large dining and BBQ area with additional artificial grassed bathing and slabbed bathing area to the rear (additional private gate at rear) . The property has a glazed dining porch area which can be fully opened and over looks the pool. The livingroom is spacious with L shaped sofa providing additional sleeping space. The livingroom also has TV and superspeed wifi. Bedroom 1 has a superking made up of 2 single beds and lots of wardrobe space with bedroom 2 providing 2 singles beds which can also be made into a superking. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and single on top and an additional single bed can be added leaving ample space with plenty storage. Had a great week with two boys aged 11 and 12. They loved the pool it was lovely and warm. Very close to Aldi great for all essentials. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Used local taxis and Uber to go further all picked up from the property. Internet was excellent no complaints when they were playing games. Will definitely be returning. It’s the second time I’ve rented from this company and they are very helpful, good value and good choice of properties.

I've stayed at this property on many occasions. I feel It's the perfect location. A supermarket 3 min walk away along with a commercial centre with plenty bars restaurants and entertainment and 10 min in the car from Torreveica. Cabo Roig, Villamartin, Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima within 5min and boarders La Florida which also has great to walk to The Emerald Isle, Abbey Tavern or anything in that area. The pool is heated and the gardens are very spacious with dining, BBQ and loungers. The interior is lovely and modern with all the home from home items that elevate the stay, the beds are very comfortable and wifi connection for my work is brilliant. Top marks to the owners and host from me and ill be back regularly.

We recently stayed at the house for a week( 2 adults /2 kids 15yrs/11yrs) Extremely spacious garden , very clean ,great pool/sun loungers and excellent house facilities. We arrived late so the welcome of water/bread was a fantastic touch and a local Aldi supermarket within a 3 minute straight walk. The pool was heated and lovely and warm and the garden was huge and very secure. Very comfortable sleeping facilities and two modern bathrooms with great showers which was a great help. The local taxi number was left so gave us the opportunity to visit near by towns and the bus stop was close to the supermarket. You have small cafes/restaurants/pubs and entertainment near by which have excellent food on offer if you don't want to travel far. Would highly recommend and would happily return with my family.
