
This modern apartment on Dream Hills 2, Orihuela Costa, is just a short drive from Torrevieja & close to areas such as Villamartin & Playa Flamenca. It has 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) with further sleeping space within the main living areas if required. Also, a cot is provided for a young child.
The property has been enhanced by enclosing an outside terrace so that it can be used all year round and makes the rest of the apartment more spacious. There are also 2 bathrooms, one of which was completely renovated in 2022 to create large walk-in shower instead of a bath, with the 2nd having a smaller shower cubicle. Both have a WC and wash basin which is excellent for larger groups!
The kitchen has good facilities whilst the living area has dining facilities as well as a TV (with Firestick). In addition to a balcony the property has a large, private roof solarium that's perfect for sunbathing or having a BBQ. We have installed a pergola on the roof (see photos) that provides some respite from the sunshine.
Your nearest beach is at Punta Prima (5-10 mins by car) but there are lots of other beaches, ranging from large sandy ones with lots going on to smaller, quieter and more secluded ones along with coastline both in Orihuela Costa and beyond.
Within a short walking distance, you will find bars / restaurants at commercial areas such as Via Park III and V as well as La Florida. There is also an Aldi supermarket adjacent to the Urbanisation.
You will also be pleased to know there is air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms.
You can also use 2 communal swimming pools approx. 50 yards away which are great for a refreshing dip!
We would recommend that you have your own car whilst renting this apartment but it isn't essential, especially if you have friends / family in the area or you don't intend to travel far. If you are flying - whether you are flying into Alicante or Murcia - the apartment is about 45-50 mins drive and easy to find from the AP-7 or N332 (full directions are provided).
Please note advertised rates are exclusive of post-rental cleaning. The standard rate is 70€ based on up to 4 people staying. The rate will be 90€ if larger group and/or you have pets. This is normally payable on arrival in cash although if easier for Guests, this can be paid direct to the Owner who will pay the Cleaners on your behalf.
The property is also a registered with the authorities to be rented out to tourists (our Tourist Number is VT-468394-A). This means the property meets and complies with stringent requirements and offers Guests a level of assurance they may not get if renting an illegal rental property.

They say 'just what the doctor ordered' and this was it. Suited our needs completely in quiet location but within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and shopping. Take a stroll to the coast with a coffee break en route or make use of the bus/taxi. Deborah at Sunny Rentals really does go above and beyond to try and ensure your stay is what it should be. Such a nice touch to have fresh water, tea, coffee and milk on arrival, not to mention fresh bread, butter and ham. We will certainly book again through Sunny Rentals if we want to holiday in this area again.

I travelled as part of a group for my 70th birthday and stayed here with my teenage grandson and we found the accommodation to be excellent. It is on the first floor in a very secure and well lit area. I chose that because I had access to a solarium with beautiful views of the area and gave me space when friends and family who were in the area visited us. Welcomed by the accommodation manager the rooms were comfortable and newly painted. It has a well appointed kitchen which we only used for breakfast to be honest, but would do a family self catering well while there. The external first floor balcony is enclosed which actually gives you another entertainment or sleeping area had we needed it, and is lovely for an early morning coffee to watch the world go by. The top floor solarium is large with dining, relaxing and laundry areas and is newly tiled. Located close to a big Aldi which was a few minuets from the apartment, there are also several eating options within a short walking distance and a larger commercial center a further walk up the hill which we went to regularly. The local bus goes to La Zenia Boulevard and passes several beach areas. You can connect on the bus to Torrevieja too, however, being as close it was just as convenient to get a taxi from the cafe at the corner on way to Aldi. We had great communication with the Sunny Rentals Spain who we booked through and the owner who actually notified us that we had overpaid. Not often you get that honesty! We will definitely go back
