Spacious detached 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa With Private Pool. Ideal For A Relaxing Holiday Or Golfing Breaks. Surrounded by 4 great golf courses its the perfect place to enjoy a golfing break or just relaxing enjoying the sun. We can arrange transport to and from the Airports at a competitive price. We have various stunning beaches only a short drive away along with a great shopping centre, La Zenia Boulevard. If you fancy a day at the beach or a trip to La Zenia Boulevard for a bit of retail therapy we would be more then happy to drop you down and collect you when you are ready, for a small fee if available.
The villa is only a 10 minutes walk to local bars restaurants and bars, 25-30 minutes walk to La Fuente & Villamartin. There are various stunning beaches which are only 10 minutes drive away (La Zenia and Cabo Riog our personal favourite ones) as well as Campoamor, Playa Flamenca and Mil Palmeras. There is a log burner in the living room area. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa is situated in the popular area of El Galan and is within walking distance to a good selection of amenities and surrounded by four excellent golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas and Las Colinas. Villamartin Plaza and La Fuente are only a 5 minute drive or 25/30 minutes walk away where you will find lots of bars and restaurants. La Zenia boulevard shopping centre is 10 minutes drive away for all your retail therapy needs. The lively nightlife of Cabo Roig is also just a 10 minute drive away. Our villa has had a full modern make over and new bathrooms to make your stay memorable and enjoyable.

Super fast internet throughout the villa & satellite TV. ground floor comprises a spacious lounge and dining area, separate fitted kitchen, twin bedroom and wet room. The first floor features luxury family bathroom, twin bedroom and master double bedroom with private sun terrace. Internal stairs lead up to the laundry area and rooftop solarium, offering distant sea views.
The property also benefits from an inviting private pool, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and outdoor bathroom/shower room. You will love the quiet location, the spacious feel of the property and close proximity to the local amenities.
The property is located in a good central position with easy access to amenities, beautiful golf courses and stunning beaches.

Amazing villa and hosts
Myself, husband and two kids (19&17) stayed here July 2024 for 12 nights and absolutely loved it. The villa is amazing and has everything you need for your stay. The outdoor areas are excellent with plenty of different areas to sit in, the private pool is great, especially when you need to cool down and the use of the bbq makes the villa feel like home. The location is great for exploring beaches bars and restaurants. The owners Nic and John were very friendly and always available should you need anything. We definitely recommend this accommodation and have already booked to return next year.
Beautiful Villa
We stayed here in June for 10 days. The villa is beautiful and extremely clean. It is very modern and has everything you need. The pool was fantastic and a great size. Parking was right outside. Great area as there are places to eat and bars close by. Beaches are only a short drive away. The owners Nic and John were great, they met us and showed us around and were very friendly. We recommend this Villa and we will definitely be back. ☀️🥂
Lovely villa, highly recommended
We stayed in the villa for a week with friends and found it to be very clean and comfortable. It was well maintained with a good variety of utensils in the kitchen for a self catering stay. The outside area was very spacious with it's own shower room with toilet. There was also a brick built bbq outside. The villa is in a quiet residential area, with parking outside on the road and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The owners were friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this villa.

Amazing Holiday
Nicola and John provided our family with a safe and beautiful place to spend a week in the sun, the villa had an amazing pool that the kids loved, facilities that every family needs to be self sufficient on holiday. There is plenty of shops, restaurants and bars with in walking distance and easily accessible public transport to get further afield, again beautiful villa with plenty of space and we will definitely be returning as soon as possible
Beautiful Villa
Villa Luz Solar is nestled in a quiet residential area not far from La Fuente commercial centre. From the moment you step foot into the grounds of the property, you're greeted with a warm welcome. The villa itself is very spacious, well-furnished and incredibly clean. The decoration is tasteful and it has all the facilities you need for a great holiday. The bedrooms provide a perfect retreat after a day of chilling out, the double bed we used was so comfy and although we didn’t need the air conditioning for our visit in May I imagine we would have been very grateful of it in the height of summer. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you may need and ample space for cooking up delicious meals and bbqs. Our highlight of the villa was definitely the outdoor area, it had comfy seating and a lovely dining table to seat up to eight people. Complete with an outdoor bbq, a sparkling pool and colourful planting we loved our time relaxing here. Additionally, our hosts Nichola and John really set this villa apart. They go above and beyond to ensure that their guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay. From providing insider tips on local attractions to arranging transport, they are always on hand to assist with any request. In summary, Villa Luz Solar offers a perfect blend of comfort, and hospitality. We enjoyed every minute of our time here and will definitely be back! Thank you Nichola and John for an amazing stay xx

Spacious and well appointed. Kitchen has everything you need to dine in. Comfortable beds and good layout. Various options of outdoor seating areas and lovely pool and bbq area. Short walk to local bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Well suited for families and couples and golfers too. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning
