We loved our stay!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment and we couldn't of been happier with our stay. It offered us the perfect mix of privacy and convenience. The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, and had great facilities. One of the highlights was the huge outdoor space, with large private pool. The location of the holiday rental was ideal. It was situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet it was just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Deb was incredibly helpful and responsive. She provided us with detailed instructions on how to access the property and she was available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet stay in Spain. The property offered us everything we could have asked for and we wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

Amazing place

We loved staying here, the property is amazing and the pool and the pool area are brilliant too. The location is ideal with plenty available walkable or on electric scooters which are everywhere and very cheap to hire. Would recommend to everyone. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great family holiday

Fantastic stay with 3 generations of our family. Loved the pool and we had everything we needed. Deb from Sunny rentals was really helpful before and during our stay. We will definitely be back

Fabous Stay We Loved it!

We had a fabulous stay ,everything there that we needed ,pool was a added bonus, very clean and homely lovely place to relax , Sunny Rentals Spain team were very helpful amd nothing was to much trouble, always on hand ,would definitely stay here again !

Anniversary holiday away

We've had another brilliant holiday staying hear at 315 dream hills its just like home from home but with all the extras thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home and we will see you at Christmas with all the family this time were all so looking forward to being hear for Christmas day Xx

Amazing family holiday 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

Our family (2 adults 3 kids) stayed here for a week. The extra touches, like the welcome pack, make such a difference and the check in app was really easy and helped us get to the property. We met Chris to get the keys and he was so helpful. The property is in a great location really close to Supermarket, and lots of shops, bars and restaurants and the food recommendations were brilliant. You can also walk to La Florida Emerald Isle ans the Abbey Tavern. The kids were never out the pool! We took a taxi to Torrevieja for only 16€ and the bus goes to the Boulevard for under 2€. Would definitely return!

The private pool & gardens - amazing!

Stayed for 6 days with my eldest son (19) beautiful apartment and the gardens are huge with space to relax, have dinner and the pool heater made all the difference even when the weather was a bit duller on the first few days. Aldi was just along the street and up the hill there is a commercial center with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The bus stop took us to La Zenia Boulevard - what a center its also got a big arcades, bowling area and a 4D cinema section!  We would definitely come back <3

Fabulous stay and lovely warm pool

We stayed for 5 days. We had amazing weather and the property was beautiful with an amazing heated pool. The bus stop is on the corner which goes to La Zenia Boulevard and there's lots of shops, bars and restaurants a few minuets walk. We will definitely be back!
